This DVD-ROM contains the new service data from the full Vintage Radio Service Data DVD-ROM
which is not on the four Vintage Radio Service Data CD-ROMs. For owners
of the four CD-ROMs, buying this Update DVD-ROM will get you all the
data that is on the full DVD-ROM.

Compared to buying the full DVD-ROM however, there are a
couple of disadvantages. Firstly the data will be spread across five
discs, only four of which are indexed (for Windows users) in the CD-ROM
Menu Software. That software does not work correctly on Windows Vista
and there are no plans to update it. Secondly there are some new
cross-references with additional model numbers for data on the CD-ROMs
which will not be included by the CD-ROM and DVD-ROM combination.
Thirdly there are a few better quality versions of data on the full
DVD-ROM than on the CD-ROMs, however the data on the CD-ROMs is
adequate.
Note that the four Vintage Radio Service Data CD-ROMs are now
discontinued.
