Thank you for your interest in my CD-ROMs. This page gives ordering and payment details. To avoid confusion, please read the whole page carefully before ordering.

There are two different payment methods. You may either order by PayPal online (anywhere in the world) or you may order by post (enclosing your payment in UK Pounds or paying by credit card). The prices are the same whichever method you use.

Most customers will probably prefer to use PayPal, because it is quicker and easier. I also prefer PayPal orders for the same reason.

CD-ROM Prices

These prices INCLUDE postage and packing to anywhere in the world.

Online Payments by PayPal

This is our preferred payment option, because it is the quickest and easiest. It is available to customers anywhere in the world.

PayPal are probably the largest and most trusted online payment facility. If you have a PayPal account payments are processed instantly, which means you get your goods quickly. You do not need to have a PayPal account to send money by PayPal - just a credit or debit card.

Goods are normally despatched within 24 hours of receiving notification of your payment from PayPal (however please allow us up to three days).

Ordering by Post

If you prefer, you may order by post. You can paying by cheque (UK only), British postal order, cash (UK Pounds, US Dollars or Euros, sent at your risk), or bank draft (in Pounds Sterling drawn on a London clearing bank).

For cash payments in US Dollars or Euros, add £3 for conversion then look up the correct price at the Universal Currency Converter website. You may send paper money only.

Please note that we only check the PO Box once or twice a week, and will then have to wait for your payment to clear before sending your goods. Therefore there could be a delay of up to 10 days before your goods are sent. If this is too long, please look again at the online payments.

Ordering by Post

Terms and Conditions

By ordering one of more CD-ROMs you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions outlined on the CD-ROM Terms and Conditions page.

To ensure speedy delivery and to reduce the risk of loss in the postal system, please ensure that you state your address clearly and completely.

All orders are sent by first class post within the UK and Air Mail post (small packet rate) outside the UK. Packages to countries outside the EU will have the relevant green Customs ticket attached, showing the actual value of the goods enclosed.

If you are ordering from outside the European Union, you may be required to pay import duties or taxes by the authorities in your country. From experience it is very rare for small packets sent by mail to be checked and the recipients charged, however you need to be aware that the possibility exists.

In the unlikely event that your CD-ROM(s) become lost in the postal system, I will need to take the matter up with the Royal Mail. Please contact me after the following periods of time after notification of despatch, if your order has not arrived.
